Our team leader, Allen has nearly two decades of foreign and domestic business experience working with corporate executives at all levels. Leveraging this expansive knowledge, Allen has been able to successfully resolve a wide range of corporate complaints for consumers. Allen received his Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley and his MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
