If we lose the defective product case then the LetterChamp collects nothing. However, the client will always be responsible for paying for the shipping, handling and phone expenses associated with our customer support services. This is the reason that the LetterChamp staff works extremely hard to make sure that you win your defective product case. Our consumer helpline will stay focused until the job is done.
